We Need Parent Chaperones!

We are seeking parental support for chaperoning the Singers. Please note: If chosen, I understand I will need to pay for my own lodging. I also understand that I will need to be available to help the directors for the length of the tour, including travel times.

Fundraising Interest

We have plans to use Peer-to-Peer Fundraising to help lower both the individual cost and overall costs for everyone.

Please Review the Following Statements:

Payment(Required)

I understand the total cost for the tour (per person) will be ~$800 (estimated). The cost will include transportation, hotel, all meals, all festival activities and fees.

The tour deposit of $400 is due at the time of registration, or via a 4 month payment plan.

I understand there will be a final payment due on June 1st for the remaining amount not fundraised. (Payment plans available upon request).

Concert Uniforms(Required)

I understand that BCC Staff will work with singers to secure a black shirt and pants or concert dress for performance, as well as the approved tie or sash.

A t-shirt will be provided for them for outreach and other informal performance opportunities.

Rehearsal Attendance(Required)

I agree that my Singer will attend rehearsals. I will notify the director if my Singer will be absent.

I understand that my Singer may miss no more than 2 rehearsals, unless prior consent is given by the Artistic Director.

Photography/Videography Consent(Required)

Singers may be photographed or videotaped for educational and promotional purposes. I give permission to the Boulder Chorale to photograph and publish photos and/or videotape of my child for these purposes. This consent also includes distribution of photos and videos for marketing, corporate sponsorships, social media, and other community outreach.
