Boulder Children’s Chorale Longmont Pianist Job Description
POSITION BEGINNING IMMEDIATELY UPON HIRE

 SUMMARY:

The Boulder Children’s Chorale Pianist works under the guidance of the Boulder Children’s Chorale Artistic Director and their assigned Ensemble Director.  The Boulder Children’s Chorale Pianist is accountable for the preparation of accompaniment and vocal parts in provided music, and provides rehearsal assistance for the Ensemble Director as needed.  The Boulder Children’s Chorale Pianist is responsible for attending and supporting rehearsals and performances of their assigned choir.

COMPENSATION AND HOURS:

This is a part-time hourly position which we anticipate will require 2-4 hours per week on average. Starting pay with the Chorale is $38/hr, with annual raises possible. Some hours will be flexible, but must accommodate afternoon, evening and/or weekend rehearsal and performance schedules. No benefits are provided.
